The Need For change

Rapscallion Soda faced challenges with their old multichannel website, catering to D2C, B2B, and D2B, which resulted in analytics issues and skewed D2C metrics. Additionally, the site had poor UX and clunky navigation. To address these issues, we embarked on a comprehensive redesign project.

What we did

We redesigned the site for improved UX, separating B2B and D2B channels for targeted marketing. Klaviyo automations streamlined communication, while a gated content area drove lead generation. We developed a user-friendly bundle tool for admins, simplifying inventory management. These changes improved functionality and provided accurate D2C metrics.
