Conka came to Marca with a Wix-based website that was limiting their ability to scale. While the brand had strong scientific foundations and well-researched formulations, the platform lacked the analytics depth, flexibility, and tracking sophistication required to grow profitably through paid media.
The site made it difficult to understand user behaviour, diagnose funnel issues, or confidently optimise performance. This meant Conka was driving traffic without having the insight or infrastructure needed to turn that traffic into long-term, profitable customers.
The goal was to move onto a platform that allowed for proper data capture, CRO-led iteration, and clearer product storytelling, while building foundations for retention from day one.
We replatformed Conka from Wix to Shopify, migrating all existing data and rebuilding the store on a modern 2.0 theme that balanced speed, flexibility, and performance.
From there, we created custom product templates designed to communicate the brand’s scientific credibility more clearly. We integrated ingredient discovery tools and layered research-led content at key decision points, helping customers understand what they were buying, why it mattered, and how it worked.
To support long-term growth, we implemented Loop subscriptions, building a seamless returning customer flow that made reordering fast, intuitive, and friction-free.
This wasn’t just a platform migration. It was a shift from a basic storefront to a performance-led growth engine.
